By accessing or using the Health Vault platform, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Health Vault NG Ltd ("Health Vault", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Health Vault is a patient-owned digital health records platform that enables individuals to securely store, organise, access, manage, and share their medical records, including laboratory results, diagnostic reports, prescriptions, medication history, vital signs, hospital visit records, and other health-related documents.
Our Services are currently in pre-launch. Features and availability may change before and after launch.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By accessing the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Parents or legal guardians may create and manage accounts on behalf of minor children where permitted by applicable law.

Health Vault is a records management platform and is not a medical advice service. Nothing within the Services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or accessed through our Services.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the health information you upload or enter into the platform. Health Vault is not responsible for errors in data you provide.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — are the exclusive property of Health Vault NG Ltd or its content suppliers and are protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any personal health data you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant Health Vault a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read them carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Health Vault NG Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Abuja, Nigeria.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
